Check out my Amazon Storefront for all of our favorite homeschool prep items, supplies, books, general resources, home goods, open-ended toys, and more!

As an Amazon Associate I earn a small percent from qualifying purchases. It does not cost you anything extra. I appreciate you supporting my blog and my family!
I buy most of our books used on ThriftBooks.com because they have great prices and free shipping if you spend at least $10. You really cannot beat that! Most of the time I try to just use our library system (which is great), but sometimes I cannot find what I am looking for that way. ThriftBooks is great for when I really would like access to a particular book, but have exhausted my other resources (hoopla, library, YouTube read alouds, etc.). If you use this link and sign up for the (free) ReadingRewards program you will get a free book (minimum spend of $30) and so will I! It’s a win win! ALSO, did you know they have a ThriftBooks 4 Teachers program?? Get verified here and start getting free books! You will get a special promo code to get a free used book (valued at $7 or less) every time you buy four or more used books!
yoto player
We have really enjoyed using and listening to our YOTO players for years now. They get daily use in our house! Whether it’s an audio book, a classical music playlist, or Yoto Daily (a Yoto “podcast” of sorts). A Yoto player is an audio player for kids that lets them take the lead. Kids from 3-12+ use physical cards to explore audiobooks, music, activities and educational audio. There is no microphone, or camera, or ads. You can get 10% off your first purchase if you spend $69.99 or more by clicking here!
budgeting
We’ve used You Need a Budget (YNAB) web based software and app for over a decade. We love how it helps us stick to our budget and helped to facilitate us meeting our goal of being debt free! WooHoo! They have a 34-day free trial period too, so it’s easy to see if it’s a good fit for your family. Let me know if you have any questions! We’ve been using it forever.
